Though it is claimed that these drugs are well stopped before the animals are brought to the slaughter, but what about their effects that remain there in their blood and in meat. After eating such kind of meat, no doubt that the only thing that one can get is the diseases.
Coming on to the grass fed beef, or green grass meat, the animals are kept in large farms where they can freely move and graze from the green pastures. They remain in open air most of the time of the day and when they have to be taken to the pens for night, it is tried that no animals should be kept in a pen more than the capacity of the pen. And there should be proper ventilation so that the animals can not get any diseases. After making this comparison we can conclude that people that are quite sensitive about their diet, they should not take long before opting for the grass fed beef.
No other meat matches the red meat in taste. And perhaps that is why when it is about making the selection of what thing to opt for in food, most of the people refer to the beef. But an important point that is worth keeping in mind is this that consuming the meat or red meat in an amount that is greater than the prescribed amount, one can suffer from many diseases. Good point about the red ,,meat lovers is this that now even the grass fed meat is available in the market and consuming which one can greatly reduce the amount of fats that are present there in the meat and other ingredients that are present in the regular meat. Beef in America is usually supplied by the people that rear the meat animals in pens and upon soy and corn products.
Another important ingredient of the food of these animals is the ranchers. All of these ingredients supplied to the animals so that they can quickly gather the fat and meat around their bodies. This can be something very dangerous for the people that are already suffering from heart related diseases. Moreover, for increasing their consumption of these highly fats containing ingredients, such animals are also made to eat some drugs. Though these drugs are stopped well before the time these animals have to be taken for slaughtering, but still their infections and effects remain in the body that make a direct reach to your dining table and consequently to your stomach with in no time.
